I'm passionate about helping people to be heard and want everyone to feel empowered to speak clearly and confidently. There are so many fears around speaking up or speaking out and thankfully, so many tips and techniques that absolutely everyone can do to build confidence and skills. I'm an actress by trade and qualified as a Life and Executive Coach two years ago. I work with children, executives, wedding speeches and more. After all, we all have something to say and we all deserve to be heard!
